Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Budding Leaves, customer satisfaction is paramount. We take pride in ensuring that our product descriptions are always accurate, articulate, and precise. We are committed to our efforts to maintain transparent and ethical sourcing, production, supply chain, packaging, marketing, pricing, delivery, and refunds.

Most of our orders are processed within 24 hours. The latest status of an order is reflected on our website under the 'Orders' section of a Customer’s ‘Profile’. If a customer wishes to cancel any order (other than online subscriptions) before the order status is changed to ‘Processed’ or ‘Shipped’, they may do so and claim a full refund right away.


Once the order is shipped the customer has to wait until it is delivered before they can request to cancel the order or claim a full refund. If the customer wishes to cancel the order after receiving it they may do so from our website under the same 'Orders' section.


Our products are eligible for a full refund under ANY of the following circumstances within 7 days of receiving the order:

  1. The product received was exposed to the elements i.e. airtight foil is damaged, product shows sign of rot.

  2. The product - both type and/or quantity - received is different from what was ordered.

  3. The container/box/packaging shows signs of damage upon receiving in case it was a gift box.

  4. The product is undesired or not needed anymore. In such a case, the box must be returned in its original condition to avail full refund.


Upon receiving the returned order at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and the eligible amount will be credited back to the original payment method within the respective time limit, depending on the method of payment and the payment service provider.


In case the purchase is a subscription, it is cancellable at any time and a full refund can be claimed before the first subscription order is dispatched. Once a subscription order is dispatched, it qualifies for the return policy likewise as an individual order, without the need for cancellation of the entire subscription. If the entire subscription is to be canceled then the customer is eligible for either a partial refund or a full refund depending on how many subscription orders have been already delivered.
